"Should have passed an order by now:" Delhi High Court to Delhi Police for not replying to Navneet Kalra plea against suspension of restaurants

The licenses for Kalra's restaurants were suspended on grounds including alleged violation of the provisions of Delhi Eating Houses Registration Regulations, 1980.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday reprimanded the Delhi Police for its failure to reply to petitions filed by businessman Navneet Kalra challenging the suspension of licenses of his two restaurants, Townhall and Khan Chacha [Navneet Kalra v.
