Delhi High Court directs CBSE to declare Class X results of student who could not pay school fee during COVID crisis

Justice Sanjeev Narula said that Court has to be conscious that Covid-19 pandemic affected several families who lost their sources of income and were plunged into poverty.

The Delhi High Court has directed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to declare Class X results of a student who was denied classes by the school for non-payment of fees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
