Delhi High Court dismisses DUSU plea against policy to consider only Class XII marks for admission

The Court dismissed the plea on the grounds that the petition lacked merit and was belated since the admission process is nearing its end.

The Delhi High Court on Friday dismissed a public interest litigation filed by Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) challenging Delhi University’s policy to consider only Class XII marks for admission to its colleges (Delhi University Students’ Union v. UOI and Ors).
