Delhi High Court dismisses ISIS suspect's plea to be tried as juvenile

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea by a suspected ISIS operative, Abdul Qadeer demanding his case to be dealt with by a Juvenile Justice Board because he was a minor when he is alleged to have joined the terror outfit.
