Delhi High Court dismisses ISIS suspect's plea to be tried as juvenile

The court said that even though the accused was indoctrinated as minor but he continued to participate in alleged ISIS activities even after attaining majority.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea by a suspected ISIS operative, Abdul Qadeer demanding his case to be dealt with by a Juvenile Justice Board because he was a minor when he is alleged to have joined the terror outfit.
