Delhi High Court orders blocking of 40 piracy websites hosting Netflix, Disney and Warner Bros' content

The court ordered the DoT and MEITY to pass blocking orders within five days holding that illegal streaming was causing irreparable loss to the plaintiffs.

The Delhi High Court recently passed an order directing various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and the government authorities to block access to 40 websites illegally streaming and allowing download of content belonging to Netflix, Disney, Warner Brothers and other studios.
