Delhi High Court refuses interim relief to AltNews parent company; issues notice in plea challenging validity of IT Rules 2021

The Delhi High Court on Monday declined to grant interim relief to Pravda Media Foundation, the parent company of fact checking website, AltNews, in relation to the Information Technology (Guidelines for Intermediaries and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Rules, 2021).
