Delhi High Court rejects Habeas Corpus plea by Swatantra Bhardwaj against his arrest for Jantar Mantar assault

The Delhi High Court on Monday rejected the Habeas Corpus petition filed by right-wing influencer Swatantra Bhardwaj challenging his arrest by Delhi Police in connection with assault of the father of a student-activist during the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) protests at Jantar Mantar in July.
