"Racist": Delhi High Court refuses to entertain plea for verification of passports of all African, Bangladeshi nationals

The plea was filed by advocate Sushil Kumar Jain who alleged that, drug smuggling is done mostly by the African nationals which ultimately affects youth and has negative ramifications on their future.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to entertain a public interest litigation (PIL) which sought police verification of passports of all Africans and Bangladeshi people living in Delhi alleging them to be drug peddlers [Sushil Kr Jain v UOI]
