The Delhi High Court has restored physical delivery of summons/ notices/ dak with effect from September 20, 2021. .A previous circular dated May 3, 2021 suspending physical delivery in view of COVID-19, has been withdrawn.During the second wave of Covid-19, the Court had permitted service of notice and summons through WhatsApp, email, fax etc."In continuation of this court's circular no 488/PSAlR&D/DHC dated May 3, 2021, whereby service of notices/ summons/ dak/ orders was temporarily amended, it is informed to all concerned that the same is hereby withdrawn and conventional mode of physical delivery of notices/ summons/ dak is restored with effect from September 20, 2021," a circular issued on Thursday said..[Read Circular]
