Delhi High Court restrains website from infringing on liquor trademarks belonging to Radico Khaitan

The Court ordered Twitter, Google, Telegram and government authorities to furnish information about people who were running a fake website in Radico Khaitan's name.

The Delhi High Court recently restrained unknown defendants from using the trademarks of prominent liquor brands like ‘Magic Moments’, ‘8 PM’, ‘Morpheus’, ‘Rampur’ and ‘Jaisalmer’, all of which are owned by the Radico Khaitan Limited.
