Delhi High Court seeks clarity on whether petitions against Baba Ramdev before Supreme Court and High Court are similar

The Delhi High Court on Friday sought clarity about whether the plea before Supreme court filed by Indian Medical Association (IMA) alleging a smear campaign against allopathy by Baba Ramdev and the defamation suit before the High Court by a group of doctors against Ramdev, raise similar issues [Resident Doctors Association, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh and Ors v. Ram Kishan Yadav Alias Swami Ramdev and Ors].
