Delhi High Court seeks response from Delhi govt, IHBAS on plea seeking appointment of mental health professionals in schools

The Delhi High Court on Monday, sought responses from the Delhi government and the Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) to a petition highlighting non-implementation of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 which requires the setting up of mental health clinics and centres in educational institutions [Ms. Devina Singh (Minor) ( Through Her Father) vs. Govt. of NCT.
