Delhi High Court seeks RBI's response on plea by Ashwini Upadhyay seeking uniform banking code for foreign exchange transactions

Upadhyay's PIL has sought a direction to ensure that RTGS, NEFT, IMPS and other similar modes of payment are not used for depositing foreign money in Indian banks.
