Delhi High Court seeks response from CBI on plea by Om Prakash Chautala challenging conviction in disproportionate assets case

The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on an appeal by former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala challenging his conviction and four-year jail term in a disproportionate assets case.
