Delhi High Court seeks response from IP University for charging ₹1,500 for copy of answer sheets

Two law students have approached the HC arguing that the University's rules are in contravention with the RTI Act which says only Rs 2/page can be charged for information

The Delhi High court last week issued notice to Guru Gobind Indraprastha University for charging students ₹1,500 for a certified copy of the evaluated answer sheet (Akriti Aggarwal v GGSIU through its Registrar).
