Delhi High Court seeks Telecom Department's response on retired Justice IM Quddusi's plea against phone interception

Justice Quddusi in his plea also raised the alternative prayer to direct the CBI to expunge the intercepted messages and not rely on those messages in the case against him.

The Delhi High Court recently issued notice to the Department of Telecommunications on a plea by former High Court judge Justice IM Quddusi seeking records of the review committee which had allowed interception of telephone calls in connection with the medical college bribery case.
