Delhi High Court stays proceedings in Manish Sisodia defamation case against BJP's Hans Raj Hans, Manjinder Sirsa

Sisodia had sued Hans, Sirsa and other BJP leaders after they alleged that he was involved in a corruption scam of nearly ₹2,000 crore related to the construction of new classrooms in government schools.

The Delhi High Court on Thursday stayed the proceedings before a trial court in the defamation case filed by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia against BJP leaders Hans Raj Hans and Manjinder Singh Sirsa.
