Delhi High Court stays trial court proceedings against lawyer who obstructed Shaheen Bagh demolition drive

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday stayed the proceedings before trial court in relation to a First Information Report (FIR) registered against lawyer Aarfa Khanam who had allegedly obstructed the South Delhi Municipal Corporation’s (SDMC)) demolition drive in Shaheen Bagh area [Aarfa Khanam v State of NCT of Delhi].
