The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a writ petition filed by MM Dhonchak, a retired judicial officer and former Presiding Officer of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT)-II, Chandigarh, challenging the extension of his suspension for an additional 180 days.
