Delhi High Court upholds notifications levying GST on auto rickshaws booked through Ola, Uber et al.

The judgment was delivered on a plea by Uber which moved the Court arguing that government notifications created an unreasonable distinction between auto-rickshaws booked through app based platforms and offline mode.
