[Delhi Riots] Delhi High Court directs listing of Umar Khalid bail plea before bench headed by Justice Siddharth Mridul

A division bench of the Delhi High Court presided by Justice Mukta Gupta on Thursday directed that the bail plea filed by Umar Khalid in the Delhi Riots case, be listed before another bench headed by Justice Siddharth Mridul which had previously heard the matter.
