DU moves Delhi High Court against order re-instating NSUI leader barred for screening BBC documentary on PM Modi
A single-judge had set aside the DU’s order barring Lokesh Chugh and allowed him to continue his PhD at the University.
The Delhi University (DU) has approached the Delhi High Court challenging a single-judge order directing the university to reinstate National Students' Union of India (NSUI) national secretary Lokesh Chugh who was barred for allegedly organising the screening of the BBC documentary on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
