ED moves Delhi High Court against order allowing Satyendar Jain to have counsel present during interrogation

A special judge had said that a lawyer should be present during Jain's interrogation at a distance from where he could see the proceedings, but not hear them.

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has approached the Delhi High Court challenging the condition imposed by a special court that a counsel should be present with Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain while he is being interrogated by the agency.
