e-Filing Extension Counters for Delhi High Court opened at all district courts complex

In order to facilitate e-filing of cases pertaining to arbitration, taxation and company law jurisdiction before the High Court of Delhi, e-FIling Extension Counters have been opened at Tis Hazari, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rouse Avenue, Rohini and Dwarka courts complex.

Such a facility was already existing at the Saket court complex.

A Notice to this effect has been issued by the Office of District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Delhi.

E-filing Extension Counters for filing cases before High Court of Delhi have been made operational at all District Court complexes from April 7, 2020.

E-filing can be done from 10 AM to 1PM and 2PM to 4PM on all working days.

The intent is to facilitate the litigants and the Advocates to e-File their cases in the High Court of Delhi from the nearest District Court Complex, Abhilash Malhotra, Metropolitan Magistrate/Member, Centralised Computer Committee said in a press release to announce the opening of extension counters.
