Ensure political parties comply with COVID-19 guidelines: Delhi High Court to Election Commission

The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed the Election Commission of India (ECI) to ensure that all political parties are strictly complying with its guidelines and instructions on COVID-19 management during conduct of elections and holding of large public rallies [Dr Vikram Singh v. Union of India & Anr].
