Establish one-stop centres for registration of crimes against women in every district: Delhi High Court to government

The Court said that state governments were in contempt of a December 2018 Supreme Court order which had called for the setting up of such centres within one year.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed the Delhi government to establish ‘one-stop centres’ in every district where all crimes against women and children can be registered.
