The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Delhi government on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition challenging the lowering of drinking age in the national capital from 25 years to 21 years under the new Excise Policy 2021-22 [All India Bhrashtachar Virodhi Morcha vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi].
