"Fishing in troubled waters:" Supreme Court denies bail to fisherman booked under UAPA, NDPS Act for smuggling narcotics from Pakistan

The top court was hearing an appeal filed by a Gujarat-based fisherman, who was booked after he responded to a code language that was to be used by Pakistani ships after it dumped narcotics in Indian waters.
