Foundation of judiciary stronger after Justice NV Ramana took over as CJI, changes palpable: Orissa High Court CJ Dr. S Muralidhar

New energy has been infused into legal fraternity and judiciary after Justice NV Ramana took over as Chief Justice of India (CJI) in April this year, Orissa High Court Chief Justice Dr. S Muralidhar said on Saturday.
