Google moves Supreme Court against NCLAT order upholding CCI's ₹1,337 crore penalty for abuse of dominant position

Google has moved the Supreme Court challenging the decision of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) which upheld the ₹1,337.76 crore penalty imposed on it by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for anti-competitive conduct in the Android ecosystem.
