Gujarat High Court issues notice in plea challenging 50 years minimum age for NCLT technical members

The Gujarat High Court on Thursday issued notice in another public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the constitutional validity of Section 413(2) of the Companies Act, which lays down a minimum age criterion of 50 years for appointment as National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) members (Vikash Jain Versus Union of India).
