[BREAKING] Justice AIS Cheema named Officiating Chairperson of NCLAT
Justice Cheema will replace Justice Bansi Lal Bhat who was appointed as Acting Chairperson after the first Chairperson of NCLAT demitted office upon completion of his term in March 2020.
Justice AIS Cheema, Member (Judicial) has been named as the officiating Chairperson of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) with effect from Sunday.
