Justice Bansi Lal Bhat to continue as officiating Chairperson of NCLAT till he attains the age of 67 years

The term of Justice (retd) Bansi Lal Bhat as the officiating Chairperson of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has been extended by the Central government till he attains the age of 67 years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
