Karnataka High Court quashes FIR against State BJP Chief BY Vijayendra over offensive post on X

The FIR against Vijayendra was registered in April following a complaint by the flying squad that BJP had accused Congress of appeasing Muslims ahead of the parliamentary elections earlier this year.

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday quashed a First Information Report (FIR) registered against Karnataka State BJP President BY Vijayendra over an alleged offensive post on social media site X from the official handle of the State BJP unit.
