Kerala High Court orders arrest of one more sister ship of sunken MSC Elsa-3 for recovery of cargo loss
The Court ordered the conditional arrest of MSC Polo-II to secure around ₹74 lakh sought by a cashew importer who lost goods when its sister ship, MSC Elsa-3, sank off the Kerala coast.
The Kerala High Court on Wednesday ordered the conditional arrest of the vessel MV MSC Polo-II in connection with cargo loss claims linked to the sinking of its sister ship, MSC Elsa-3, off the coast of Alappuzha district.
