Kharghar heatstroke deaths: PIL in Bombay High Court seeks CBI probe, FIR against Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis

A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Bombay High Court seeking investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the 14 deaths which took place during the Maharashtra Bhushan Award ceremony held in Kharghar on April 16 which was attended by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Home Minister Amit Shah among others.
