Social media influencer Shamik Adhikary, popularly known by his online name “Nonsane,” was remanded to police custody by a Kolkata court on February 6 as police continue to probe allegations of rape, illegal detention and assault..Adhikary was arrested on Thursday evening from the Dum Dum area of Kolkata following a complaint by a 22-year-old woman at Behala Police Station.
