Bar Council of Delhi suspends licence of lawyer who allegedly forged COVID-19 positive report to claim financial aid

The Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) has initiated disciplinary proceedings against a lawyer who allegedly forged a COVID-19 positive report to claim financial aid extended to COVID-affected lawyers.
