Men's rights NGOs write to Delhi HC for suspension of all maintenance orders for three months

Men Welfare Trust and Save Family Foundation have written to the Delhi High Court seeking suspension of all maintenance orders, whether interim or final, for three months due to the COVID-19 crisis.

The two men's rights NGOs have requested the High Court to direct the Department of Women and Child, Delhi Government to come with a financial package to comply with the maintenance order for that period.
