The Delhi High Court on Tuesday expressed its displeasure over Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) failure to pay ₹10 lakh compensation to the families of two person who had died while cleaning a sewer in outer Delhi's Mundka area [Court on its own motion v Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Ors].
