National Company Law Tribunal allows RBI's insolvency plea against Reliance Capital

The National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) Mumbai Bench has allowed a plea filed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) against Reliance Capital Limited (RCL) seeking initiation of the Corporation Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
