The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Chennai Bench, has ruled that after approval of a resolution by the Committee of Creditors (CoC), the Adjudicating Authority cannot direct invitation of fresh bids from resolution applicants on account of "scope for further improvement".
