The Bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni of the Bombay High Court will hear the plea filed by former Commissioner of Police Param Bir Singh seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the actions of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
