Penguin moves Delhi High Court against trial court injunction on book about Rana Kapoor

The book titled “The Banker Who Crushed His Diamonds: The Yes Bank Story" was published in February 2021, but the trial court passed an injunction order against the same in December 2021.

The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued notice to former Yes Bank Managing Director (MD) Rana Kapoor on an appeal filed by publishing house Penguin Random House India challenging a trial court order restraining them from publishing and distributing a book on Kapoor.
