PIL before Delhi High Court to declare Satyendar Jain person of 'unsound mind', disqualify him from Delhi Assembly

The High Court had earlier dismissed a PIL seeking Jain's removal from the cabinet, while stating that it hopes CM Arvind Kejriwal will uphold the trust reposed by the people.

A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Delhi High Court to declare Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain a person of ‘unsound mind’ and to disqualify him from being a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) [Ashish Kumar Srivastava v. Govt of NCT of Delhi and Ors].
