Plea in Delhi High Court challenges retrospective fee hike by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University
The plea by advocate Varun Katiyar stated that retrospective hike in fees is arbitrary since there has been no offline or campus mode classes in any of the institutes under the University during the COVID-19.
A writ petition has been filed before the Delhi High Court against retrospective increase in fees by Delhi's Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
