Rajasthan High Court seeks BCI, government inputs on protection of lawyers from violence, threats

A plea seeking the framing of an appropriate law for the protection of advocates has been pending before the Court since 2020. The petitioner has urged the Court to issue guidelines until such a law is enacted.
