[Rajya Sabha polls] Bombay High Court say Article 227 plea by Nawab Malik to cast vote not maintainable; asks him to file bail plea

Justice PD Naik said that petition Article 227 is not maintainable and instead ask Malik to file his petition as a bail plea under Section 439 of the CrPC and approach the appropriate bench.
