Removal of struck down provisions: Delhi High Court directs Centre to treat plea as representation

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed the Central government to decide as a representation a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) that sought to remove provisions from statutes that were struck down as unconstitutional (Anshul Bajaj v. Union of India).
