Sandalwood Drug Scandal: Bengaluru Court grants Enforcement Directorate custody of Bineesh Kodiyeri till November 2

The ED claims to have found that Bineesh held many bank accounts and had committed the offence of money laundering by transferring/layering huge proceeds of crime into various accounts which need to be unearthed.

A Bengaluru Court recently granted custody of Bineesh Kodiyeri, actor and son of the Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) till November 2.

Bineesh, who was booked by the ED for the offence of money laundering, is the latest name to be revealed in the infamous Sandalwood drug scandal.
